What's your return policy?

  • Orders can be returned back to us for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of receiving it.  We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.

  • We will only accept returned item(s) that have been requested via (Please send us an email with your order # in the subject line.)

  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage. (The cost of the prepaid label is $7.95 if you're returning 1-2 items, $9.95 for 3-4 items, and $12.95 for 5 or more items.)

What can and can't I return?

Can Return:

  • Eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.

  • In their original condition, unworn, unwashed with their tags still attached. 

Can't Return:

  • Cosmetics

  • Bodysuits

  • Hair Accessories

  • Hosiery

  • Hats

  • Lingerie

  • Earrings

  • Items marked as 'final sale' can't be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, similar product stains and without original tags will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

Where do I send my return to + what do I include?

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your STORE CREDIT

Can I exchange an item?

We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order. 

I received a faulty/damaged item, what do I do?

Oh no! We're terribly sorry.  Please send us pictures of the fault, and we will offer a refund or 120% store credit.  We will need to approve your request before you can send it back.

When will I receive my store credit?

You'll receive your store credit within 72 hours of your return reaching our warehouse. We'll send a store credit confirmation email so you know! 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at IMMEDIATELY after making your purchase with your order # in the subject line. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
